A private family in Dubai is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Home Nurse to provide specialized medical care and ongoing wellness support for four children, including children with chronic medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Type 1 Diabetes care, including CGM monitoring, insulin administration, carbohydrate counting, and medical documentation.
- Support epilepsy care, including medication administration, seizure monitoring, and emergency response.
- Monitor the children's overall health and wellbeing.
- Administer prescribed medications and coordinate medical appointments.
- Support healthy nutrition and diabetic meal planning.
- Prepare medical supplies for school and travel.
- Accompany the family on international travel when required.
- Provide childcare support while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and professional environment.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 5 years of pediatric nursing experience.
- Experience managing children with Type 1 Diabetes, including insulin administration and CGM systems.
- Experience with epilepsy management is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience working with private households or VIP families is an advantage.
